JASMINE THOMAS

Jasmine Osean Thomas is a Los Angeles based Director, Screenplay Writer, and Horror Fanatic. Her conceptual style of filmmaking stems from her passion for art house and grind house cinema. Jasmine spent her entire childhood “fishing” outside of Block Buster for more mature films her parents thought she was too young to watch; such as Evil Dead, Carrie, Pet Semetary, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and House of 1000 Corpses. Jasmine’s enthusiasm and knowledge for film allows her to produce a unique cinematic experience for her audience. Aside from horror, she also pulls inspiration from dramatizing her own personal experiences, Lana Del Rey instrumentals, the ocean, and conversations with strangers.
