Webby Winner Video Best Writing 2022: Get Down, The Influence Of James Brown. Webby Winner Honoring the best of the Internet. Produced by Dreambear.
Rolling Stone Magazine: Future 25, Dreambear CEO Evan Brown – “How do you release new music videos at a time when making them is dangerous? One art form has the answer to the industry’s quarantine woes: animation. For some artists who rushed to animated videos during Covid-19, avatars and CGI may prove a brief fad — but for Dreambear, a Brooklyn-based production company founded by Evan Brown, animation has always been crucial.”
Vouge: Savage x Fenty – “The campaign images seen here were all photographed in the models’ homes in collaboration with the collage artist Rafatoon, who used tropical foliage and dreamy landscapes to create a Rihanna-worthy world around each muse.”
MTV VMAs 2021 – Bleachers “Stop Making This Hurt” nominated for Best Alternative Music Video at 2021 MTV VMAs. Produced by Dreambear.
Rolling Stone Magazine: Sia feat. Burna Boy “Hey Boy” – “Directed by Rafatoon and created by the Dreambear production company, the visual for “Hey Boy” takes its cues from Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, A Goofy Movie, and other Eighties and Nineties Disney cartoons. Sia is presented onstage as a voluptuous, Jessica Rabbit-esque singer, chased around by a horny anthropomorphic wolf.
Rolling Stone Magazine: Tove Lo – “I can’t wait for you to see this video! I’ve wanted to make a bizarre, over the line, badass animated video with Sunshine Kitty for some time and it just fit so perfectly with this song. I’m so impressed by Venturia Animation Studios and Dreambear productions, they really took my vision to the next level!” Tove Lo says.
